Seated
massage allows the client to relax comfortably in a portable
massage chair. The chair is designed for comfort and support
and is used and supplied by Rebecca. Treatments are usually from
5 to 30 minutes long. Set up of the chair is quick and easy,
allowing massage to be done in the office, at a lakeside family
reunion, even at a surprise birthday party. It can be done at
most locations or in my office. Many businesses in large cities,
including the service waiting area at a car dealership in Ohio,
offer seated massage for staff and customers. I'm happy to see
that Maine is on it's way with this up-and-coming benefit to
health.

A full
body relaxation massage will allow you to completely relax and
"Escape the World". A typical full body session will include
work on your head, face, neck, shoulders, pectoral muscles, arms
hands, feet, legs, gluteal muscle group and back. A treatment
will take place in a professional, warm and comfortable quiet
room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie
on a table especially designed for your comfort. Sessions last
from half, to one hour to one and one half hours according to
the time you choose as well as the area of muscle groups in
need. The client is completely covered and draped in a
professional manner for privacy. Your treatment is completely
confidential. While most people prefer to come on a weekly,
biweekly, or monthly basis, a massage every quarter is still a
great choice to maintain good health. |
